My IPad Pro keeps crashing and having blackouts.. What is Apple doing about this.. It takes between 10 and 30 minutes to restart it and that is using IOS 9.2..

I bought my IPad Pro not even 30 days ago and it keps crashing, it is running on IOS 9.2, which I understand is the latest version.. It takes between 10 and 30 minutes before I am able to restart it.. I have bought all the accessories that go with it so have invested a lot of money into this product... What is Apple doing to resolve the issue?? I understand that other people have been experience this issue too but should it not of been resolved by now?
