My IPad Pro keeps crashing and having blackouts.. What is Apple doing about this.. It takes between 10 and 30 minutes to restart it and that is using IOS 9.2..

I bought my IPad Pro not even 30 days ago and it keps crashing, it is running on IOS 9.2, which I understand is the latest version.. It takes between 10 and 30 minutes before I am able to restart it.. I have bought all the accessories that go with it so have invested a lot of money into this product... What is Apple doing to resolve the issue?? I understand that other people have been experience this issue too but should it not of been resolved by now?

If you live in the U.S., you have until Jan. 7, 2016 to return it for another replacement unit.

Before you return it, you will need to reset it to factory "in the box" condition and if you sync'd this with iTunes on your computer, you will need to access your account on iTunes and deauthorise the iPad Pro from your list of authrorised devices.
